Store Muspot offers only digital products – e.g. sheet music in PDF format and access to recordings or audio files.
2. Purchase and delivery
After payment, the digital product is available for immediate download. We do not ship physical products.
3. Product returns are not possible
In accordance with applicable law, we do not accept returns on digital products that have been downloaded. Please purchase carefully.
4. Copyright and Licenses
Purchasing a digital product does not mean obtaining a license to it's:
- public performance
- recording
- emission
- publishing
A license for such activities must be obtained from the appropriate copyright collective organization – in Poland it is ZAiKS.
5. Acceptance of the regulations
Making a purchase in the Muspot store constitutes acceptance of these regulations and privacy policy.
